2008-09-23  Multiple visa simplified
We are happy to inform you that the Russian authorities have simplified the rules for multiple visa support application for entry visa to Russia. Effective immediately, a copy of the previous Russian visa is no longer required. Even if the person has not traveled to Russia before, he or she may still apply for a multiple entry visa. Please note, that some consulates may still require a copy of the previous Russian visa to be presented in order for the visa to be issued. Please check with the consulate that you work with to find out their exact rules regarding this matter.
