I have my own small business, a manufacturing company that is a joy but has its moments, ask me how I came to buy it, quite a story. I love the arts, museums, food, gardening, power tools, wine, travel, fixing things, guy stuff like carpentry. Spontaneity, fine dining, entertaining are musts. Good food fuels the soul; I can be quite a chef. No one to cook for now, except Norton the Dog, but it would be nice to have someone to share fine food. Travel is an excursion and an education. It's important for me to be with someone who is curious about the world; wants to explore it, even if it only means checking out a neighborhood we've never been to. Music is essential; I like the smaller venues, more intimate settings that give me the closeness to feel the music and be open to sounds.

I have everything I need almost... But, there is someone missing; I would love to meet that woman with whom we could share our lives. I think most things are much more fun, generally better with someone else. I have to admit to never really learning how to play all the "games", never really felt a need to go back to learn. I'm not a big fan of a lot of drama, although am always quite amused by it! I'd love to meet someone who is passionate about something, just about anything really. That "spark" you get when you are excited about something is amazing; it can make someone so attractive and sexy. I love confidence, intelligence, and a quick wit. I want to meet a woman who has (for the most part anyway) done the introspection to know who she is, what she wants in life, is aware of her faults, is authentic in her communication, sensual in her approach, tolerant of others & has the heart, soul, substance ... conviction that "partnership" doesn't mean "settling." ...someone who still knows
